Pricing FAQ
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Creating a Free account needs no card. To activate an eligible 7-day Pro trial, Razorpay asks you to authorize a payment method for automatic renewal. Cancel before the trial ends and the charge is ₹0. The pricing button and checkout identify returning accounts that are not eligible for another trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don’t cancel, Razorpay charges the selected plan when the trial ends. If you cancel or later let Pro lapse, you return to Free: lessons, the browser code runner, progress, and the monthly AI allowance remain available. Only Pro features such as the watch loop and automatic session summaries turn off.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Cancel the current plan from Settings → Manage subscription, then start the new one from the pricing page. We're working on in-place plan switching.
How do refunds work?
Monthly: full refund within 14 days of any charge, no questions asked. Annual: pro-rata refund within 30 days. Email admin@kshurikaacademy.com to request a refund.
Which payment methods are supported?
Razorpay handles cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. International cards work for our INR-denominated plans.
