Aggregate traffic by endpoint

Implement bytes_by_endpoint(packets).

Each packet record has a string endpoint and non-negative integer bytes. Return total bytes per endpoint. Repeated packets are separate observed traffic and count separately. Empty input returns {}.

Before coding, predict one result by hand. After the tests pass, explain your approach and add a boundary example of your own.
